The appeal hearing ended on June 30th. Currently all are waiting for the Hearing Examiners decision/verdict as to Designation of Nonsignificance or if there will be a Designation of Significance in regards to the Ingraham trees. This decision could take up to 20 days.
Other news The CITY COUNCIL passed the Tree Resolution to better define and interpret the Directors Directive 6-2001, in short; the Resolution passed to help protect more trees. How this may or may not effect the Ingraham trees remains to be seen.
